WWPA provides product support and marketing services for Western lumber in key international markets throughout the world through its affiliation as a founding member of the Softwood Export Council.
The SEC conducts a number of programs aimed at increasing the awareness and demand in foreign markets. These activities are jointly supported by the wood products industry and the U.S. Foreign Agricultural Service.
